Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, enter the quantity and add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the cart icon and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.  Alternatively, you can place your order by phone.

Shipping and Handling
We offer worldwide shipping on all our products and do our best to accommodate any delivery schedule, typically offering multiple options for all locations.

  • UK orders are dispatched through UPS courier. Various delivery times are available to you when you order.
  • International orders are sent via TNT or UPS courier.
  • If you wish to ship on your own account with DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, please contact us at sales@dataman.com. We will require your account number and preferred courier service to arrange this.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed in the UK by 14:00 (GMT) are normally shipped the same day. We typically send orders on a next business day delivery. If faster shipping is required, we offer a number of timed delivery options. International orders are dispatched by TNT or UPS, usually on a 2 - 3 working day delivery depending on your location.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order.

Special Orders
Some items are made to order or are special ordered and must be paid in advance before we can process the order. You will be notified if your order has any special order items.

Tax Charges
For orders shipping to the UK an additional charge of 20% is applicable for VAT.

Orders shipping to the EU are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. In accordance with the Trade and Cooperation Agreement products which originate in either the EU or UK are exported to the EU with zero tariffs. Standard tariffs will apply to products which originate outside of the EU or UK. The majority of our products originate in the EU or UK however, if you would like confirmation before ordering please contact sales@dataman.com. Some orders may be liable for import customs clearance charges and local taxes/duties. For more information on these charges, please contact your customs office or local tax authority.

Orders shipping to countries outside of the EU are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis and are liable for import customs clearance charges and local taxes/duties. For more information on these charges, please contact your customs office or local tax authority.

Payment Methods and Information
You may pay by credit or debit card which can be submitted through our website or by phone. You may also pay by bank transfer - please contact us at sales@dataman.com for further details.
